The Salado House is a 1,200 sf two-story Accessory Dwelling Unit designed to maximize both privacy and shared living. Positioned on a lot where the main home faces the street, the ADU takes advantage of alley access, creating a discreet entry and enhanced seclusion. Each of the two occupants enjoys a private bedroom and bathroom on separate levels, while the second floor serves as the heart of the home, with living and kitchen spaces flowing seamlessly onto a 500 sf outdoor deck. The design emphasizes natural light, connectivity, and the balance between personal and communal spaces, creating an intimate, functional, and inviting home.
