FOREST TRAIL

Located in Austin, Texas, the Forest Trail project explored the development potential of a residential lot. Our study included a thorough review of zoning and residential code to determine the allowable building size and massing for a single-family home. We also created preliminary floor plan test fits to visualize possible layouts and conducted sun studies to understand how natural light would shape the interior spaces throughout the day.
